Kaktus 1-3, Telp (0370) 637282, 6412745 Mataram ABSTRAK The tendency abuse and drug trafficking each year continues to increase, it has become a serious threat to various aspects of human life, society and nation. The occurrence of drug abuse, especially among adolescents is a complex social problem. Problem drug abuse is not just the result of individual abusers, but also can be influenced by several factors: individual factors, environment and availability of drugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the performance of BNN Mataram in the prevention of drug abuse in the city of Mataram, the effectiveness of the implementation in the fight against drug abuse in the city of Mataram. And to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of the performance of the National Narcotics Agency Mataram City in an effort Combating Drug Abuse in Mataram. The method used by the researchers in this penelitaian is a qualitative approach. This research is a field research where data collection was conducted by interviewing a number of parties to the research topic. In addition, researchers also conduct library research through data related and books relating to the research topic. The acquired data is analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively.
